Backup Management
Overview
Backup Management is used to manage all backup files stored on the TAKAKRYPT system. Through this page, administrators can view the history of backups that have been created, monitor backup status, verify backup results, and access information related to the available backup files.

Backup Management serves to:
- Display the list of backup files stored on the system.
- Monitor the status and verification results of backups.
- Simplify the search for the required backup files.
- Support backup management in a single centralized location.
Backup Management Uses
Backup Management can be used to:
- Review the history of backups that have been created.
- Ensure that backups have been created successfully and are usable.
- Identify the storage location of backup files.
- Assist in the file selection process when performing a restore.
Backup Management Information
The Backup Management page displays various information related to the available backup files, including:
1. Backup File Name
Displays the name of the backup file created by the system or administrator.
This information is used to identify the backup to be used in the recovery process.
2. Backup Scope
Displays the scope of the data types included in the backup file, shown below the file name (File Name).
This information helps administrators know what data is stored in that backup.
3. File Size
Displays the size of the stored backup file.
The file size information can be used to monitor storage capacity needs.
4. Method
Displays the backup method used (Manual/Automatic).
5. Backup Location
Displays the type of backup storage location (LOCAL/S3 Storage).
6. Destination Path
Displays the directory or storage location of the backup file.
This information helps administrators know the physical or logical location of the stored backup file.
7. Backup File Status / Verification
Displays the status of the backup result and the file verification process.
8. Backup Date & Time
Displays the date and time when the backup process was performed.
This information helps administrators determine which backup version to use if a recovery process is needed.
